If you’re looking for homemade marquee wedding inspiration, you’ve come to the right place. In the summer of 2022 I was fortunate to be chosen to photograph Izzy and Kieran’s fun packed, colourful and totally relaxed wedding in Wiltshire.

The down-to-earth couple opted to tie the knot legally a few days ahead of their big celebration with their loved ones. This meant they could have their ceremony under a stunning oak tree at the bride’s childhood home. Obviously this was loaded with sentimental memories for her and will have a lot of meaning for the couple’s young daughter in years to come.

I knew right from the start that I was going to have an epic day full of amazing photo opportunities. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more colourfully styled wedding, just the way I like it! Everywhere I looked there were bright ribbons, stunning flowers and loads of fun personal touches.

Throughout the day emotions ran high, with much laughter and plenty of dance floor tomfoolery in the evening. The weather was glorious, so I had the perfect ingredients for some striking photos. What more could a wedding photographer ask for!
