I was so looking forward to being the Kingscote Barn wedding photographer for Amelia and Adam’s relaxed and cosy November wedding. These childhood sweethearts chose to tie the knot at the stunning Kingscote Barn, nestled in the picturesque Cotswold countryside.

With its beautiful rural setting, exposed timber and warm, inviting atmosphere, Kingscote Barn is a brilliant choice for an intimate autumn or winter wedding. Amelia and Adam’s day made the most of everything that makes the venue so special.

A Cosy Autumn Wedding at Kingscote Barn

Amelia and Adam booked my Part Day package, so I started taking photos 30 minutes before their ceremony and stayed until the wedding breakfast was served.

This gave me plenty of time to capture the excitement and atmosphere before the ceremony, along with all the little details that helped bring their autumn-winter wedding together.

The barn’s warm, cosy atmosphere was the perfect match for their autumn-winter colour palette. Rich, comforting tones complemented the season beautifully, creating a wedding that felt intimate, stylish and incredibly welcoming.

As a Kingscote Barn wedding photographer, I love photographing weddings at this time of year. The natural warmth and character of the barn work so well with autumn and winter styling, while the surrounding Cotswold countryside provides a beautiful backdrop for photographs.

Amelia looked absolutely stunning in her elegant wedding dress, finished perfectly with a gorgeous flower crown that I completely adored.

The gents’ pale green suits were also a brilliant choice, adding a fresh and stylish twist to the otherwise warm, seasonal colour palette. All those little choices helped give the wedding its own personality without making anything feel overly formal or staged.
