Leigh Court wedding photography

It was great to be back at the glorious Leigh Court in Bristol, especially photographing such a lovely couple. We were blessed with some incredible October sunshine and of course a stunning venue and grounds. They opted to have their ceremony in the Great Hall (which does exactly what it says on the tin), where Danielle made a magical entrance walking down the stunning floating staircase. The newlyweds and their guests were defiantly up for a party and spirits were high all day long, offering me plenty of photographic opportunities.

After a set of hilarious and heartfelt speeches, we headed outside for an epic night time sparkler tunnel. Then all the guests crowned around the dance floor to watch the couples first dance. The DJ banged out lots of 90s and early noughties rock classics, which got everyone popping some serious shapes and took me back to being a teenager.

Needless to say we were very excited to see the results and they did not disappoint! He has managed to capture the beauty of the venue, the spirit of the day and so many wonderful candid moments that we had missed. The only tricky part is figuring out which ones to get framed!“
